Frequently Asked Questions
Dungeon Party F.A.Q.
(click question below to expand)
A: For monsters with "Small" special powers the coin must "hit" the monster's graphic, instead of just the coaster as normal. In the case of Pixies, this means that at least half the coin must overlay the graphic of the Pixie.
A: When attacking Medusa, if you miss and the coin lands tails side up, you turn to stone and are out of the encounter. You cannot attack Medusa again. If the rest of your party defeats Medusa the curse is broken and you can join in on the next encounter!
A: Since Dungeon Party is a social game, we want you and your friends to decide the most outrageous, craziest way to determine the slowest player. Count the money in your purse/wallet, dash to the front door and back, or have everyone spell "Dungeon Party" backwards! If your party can't decide, we recommend rolling a die - lowest roll is the slowest.
A: After the player tosses their coin prior to attacking the Elemental Wizard, a heads result will heal their character 2 HP, and a tails results will cause their character to take (lose) 2 HP.
A: The player's character escapes the encounter with the current monster and is skipped when its their turn to attack next. They will resume attacking as normal in the next encounter.
